Will Call Orders
Wine purchases are non-refundable. As a courtesy, we will gladly allow wine orders to be picked up at the winery. Due to the library of wines offered by Rutherford Hill, not all wines are in stock on property at all times. We may have to transfer inventory to make pick-up possible. Upon receipt of your order, a winery representative will follow-up by phone to confirm the availability of the products selected. All Will Call orders will be held for six weeks for pick-up. Any order not picked up will be shipped to the customer at their expense.
We currently ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.
States We Ship To
Rutherford Hill wines can be shipped to all states except the following: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah.

Hot or Cold Weather Shipping
Wine does not like extreme temperatures: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Rutherford Hill is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. No insurance for heat or cold damage is provided by the shipper. All shipments will ship standard ground unless you request otherwise. We can hold your shipment until weather patterns change and highly encourage expedited shipping and ice packs during extreme temperatures in the event that you need your wine by a certain date.
Wine purchases are non-refundable. At Rutherford Hill, we guarantee every wine we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with any wine you have purchased from us, we will gladly provide a replacement. Upon request, undeliverable shipments will be reshipped at the expense of the customer. We are unable to hold wines returned to us as undeliverable for more than six months. Wines not claimed after six months will be destroyed.
