2023 AJT Cabernet Sauvignon
After tasting Block 8 at our AJT vineyard in 2023 we knew we needed to release a seperate bottling. There is an amazing purity and elegance to the fruit and ensuing wine this year. Compared to the rest of the vineyard's AJT bottling, this portion of the vineyard had a very distinct black raspberry flavor profile and amazing purity to it. This bright fruit and purity carries through with a perfect compliment of new french oak.
