Below are some of the most frequently asked questions pertaining to Rutherford Hill Winery.
Q: Are your wines sold in my area? Where can I purchase them?
A: One of our favorite questions! Retail locations that carry Rutherford Hill wines vary but you can find our wines in two ways:
- Try our new online WineFinder to locate Rutherford Hill wines in your area
- Send an e-mail message with your inquiry to email@example.com and be sure to include your name and address with your zip code. Provided with this information, we will email you back with the name of the nearest store and its address.
Q: Can I order wine online for pick-up at the winery?
We will gladly allow wine orders to be picked up at the winery. Due to the library of wines offered by Rutherford Hill, not all wines are in stock on property at all times. We may have to transfer inventory to make pick-up possible. Upon receipt of your order, a winery representative will follow-up by phone to confirm the availability of the products selected. Wine purchases are non-refundable. All Will Call orders will be held for six weeks for pick-up. Any order not picked up will be shipped to the customer at their expense.
Q: How do I book a "Blend Your Own Merlot" experience?
A: For information on hosting a private blending experience, please contact our Special Events Department. Reservations can be made by calling our Special Events Department at 707-963-1871 ext. 2218.
Q: Your picnic grounds are beautiful! Are reservations required to use a table?
A: Our picnic grounds are available to customers of Rutherford Hill by reservation. Please note: no alcoholic beverages other than wines purchased in Rutherford Hill's retail room may be consumed on our property.
