Our hilltop property nestled alongside Silverado Trail in the Rutherford AVA takes you high above the valley floor, giving you practically endless ways to enjoy it.
Rutherford Hill welcomes families and guests of all ages on our Valley Vista Terrace and select tasting experiences. Children must remain supervised by an adult at all times while on property. Please note that guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to participate in the ATV Vineyard & AJT Cave Lounge Tasting or the Cave Tour & Tasting experiences.
Your reservation can be cancelled at any time before the time of the reservation should your plans change. However, we request that you do so at least 48 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly. Tasting Fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the reservation.

ATV Vineyard & AJT Cave Lounge Tasting
Tour of Rutherford Estate Vineyard

Ride up the hill to our Estate Vineyard to take in the expanse of the Rutherford Bench and learn about our sustainable farming practices. Afterward, cruise back down for a tour of our mile-long wine caves. This experience is topped by a tasting of reserve-tier wines served alongside a cheese and charcuterie pairing. This new luxurious space offers our guests a unique and intimate setting to enjoy their tasting.

Summer Sunset Sessions
Join us at Rutherford Hill for our new Summer Sunset Sessions — a Friday evening music series celebrating great wine, live music, and unforgettable summer evenings. From 5–7pm each Friday beginning June 19 through the end of July, guests are invited to relax on the terrace, take in the vineyard views, and enjoy performances from talented local musicians. Admission is complimentary with the purchase of wine by the bottle, making it the perfect way to unwind and ease into the weekend with friends, family, and your favorite Rutherford Hill wines. Reservations encouraged.

Harvest Crush Production Tour & Tasting
Step behind the scenes during the most exciting time of year in wine country! This intimate experience, limited to just 8 guests, offers a rare opportunity to see the winemaking process up close.
Your journey begins with a behind-the-scenes look at our state-of-the-art optical sorter and production tanks, followed by a taste of fermenting juice pulled straight from the tank. Next, venture into our wine cave for a barrel sample before concluding in our private Skyloft with a curated cheese and charcuterie pairing.
