Sauvignon Blanc makes a brief but enjoyable appearance annually. It is a crisp, flavorful wine with refreshing acidity. Layers of lemon, lime and grapefruit tones dominate the nose, accented by subtle oak notes. To create this elegant, balanced Sauvignon Blanc, a combination of stainless and oak barrels were used during fermentation. We produce less than 1,000 cases of Sauvignon Blanc annually and offer this wine exclusively to wine club members and visitors to our tasting room. |
